Concord is the annual newsletter of the Alan Paton Centre. Its aim is to publicise the Centre, by reporting on the APC events which took place over the previous year, particularly the Alan Paton Lecture, which is often given front-page coverage, and the Heritage Day Seminar. Articles have also been written on book launches which have taken place at the APC; film festivals and essay competitions organised by the Centre.
The archival work of the Centre is also featured, through information on documents of interest which have been donated to the APC the previous year; recent publications which are linked to research at the APC; and conferences linked to the concerns of the Centre. Articles have been written on the oral history projects linked to the Centre.
