The French department at the University Of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) hosted 3 visitors from a higher education institute from Réunion, LEGTA, from 5-6 March 2018. One of them, Cécile Maréchal, a librarian visited the Alan Paton Centre & Struggle Archives (APC) on 6 March 2018. The APC provided an extensive visit to Cécile which included a mixture of presentation, guided tour and time for autonomous exploration and research. Her objective is to find best practices in order to develop the resource centre at her institution in Réunion.The visit is part of an Erasmus+ exchange programme, and it is hoped to reciprocate the visit to Réunion later in the year.
